Adding Sinker Cypress, reclaimed and Pecky Cypress between the beams
50 lbs above your head instead of 500!

We also offer old beams, salvage, or specific species, if that's what you want, as well as installation through a valued partner of ours who is the most experienced and trusted installer for many miles around.
We make our box beams from solid kiln dried Longleaf Pine. We can also finish them to your preferred color, and antique them for that rustic, salvage or hand-hewn look, or finish them into smooth and sleek beautiful modern accents. Alternatively, we can make and deliver them unfinished, and your crew can finish them on site to your exact specifications. We'll even send sample pieces for testing if you request. This can save some of the manufacturing cost and gives you more control of the process.
One of the primary advantages to box beams is not having to add a lot of structural elements in the walls and ceiling in order to support what can literally be thousands of pounds hanging over your head. This is especially important in renovations and remodels, or for commercial applications where there are very strict limits to how much can be hung with metal framing. Additionally, before installation, there is usually a cost savings over solid beams, and availability is also more on demand rather than having to play hide and seek for what you're looking for.
Can’t find beams that fit your space, match your finish, or stay within budget? Our custom box beams are built to your exact size, finished your way, and crafted to look authentic without the weight, a structural engineer to approve, or headaches.
